Report: Animal control in south O.C. needs improvement
LAKE FOREST - Lt. Scott Evans slid into the bowl at Etnies skatepark Monday.
A bobcat had made its way onto the premises and Evans was there to lend support to Officer Dan Maniaci who had the cat on a catch pole. The cat hissed and clawed the air as the two officers from Orange County Animal Care Services pulled it into the cage.

LAGUNA HILLS, CA - Animal activists - crusading for a new shelter in South County - say a recent city study on animal services passes the buck to the county and neglects to use valuable insight from thousands of concerned citizens.
