Ruth Ann Krisa Raised in Western Pennsylvania Ruth Ann always had pets running around the house. But it wasn’t till she moved to Southern Orange County in 1999 that her involvement in the pet community started. She was working at Fancy Publication on the Cat USA and Kittens USA magazines and realized that talking to cat breeders all day made her workday go by quickly. She wanted to work with animals but wasn’t sure at what level it would be. Ruth Ann founded OC Pet Companions in 2006 and it has been written up in the OC Register and Live OC making it one of the fastest growing pet sitting businesses in South Orange County. Ruth Ann is on the committee for Dogue Vogue a yearly pet expo in Ladera Ranch and the coordinator for The Annual Blessing of the Animals at Neighborhood Church in Laguna Beach. She has written articles for The Best of Magazines, Today’s Women and other pet publications. Because of her love of pets and her ever-growing expertise in the pet industry field she saw a need to create the pet community web site www.petfiniti.com.

John Molendyk John has been a pet lover all his life. As a boy he was well-known for bringing home stray animals and finding himself interacting with other's pets. Professionally, John has worked in leadership positions within manufacturing, printing, garment and financial services industries. Always intrested in process and working to put together smart ways of getting things done, John always looks for the opportunity to make something better. With 16 years in project management, 9 years in information technology and 5 years in statistical process improvement & control, the chance to marry his working knowledge and love for animals has truly become a passion. "I see an evolution of how we as a society care about our pets, and that inspires me. I see pet owners doing more for their animals, and making them part of the family. I want to bring interactive solutions to the community to help them take the best care of their pets that they can. I want to help provide the tools for just that". John works full-time developing the website and systems employed by petfiniti.com & is co-owner of petfiniti LLC. John shares his home with his two little girls, Maggie & Michiko, a pair of long-haired tuxedo cats who were adopted through a local rescue group and a local animal shelter.
